With Magic of Meditation course you won’t be dependent on guided meditations, but will actually learn to practice meditation from the “inside out”. I want you to be a light unto yourself, and not depend on anything external when exploring your inner world. This is quite a different approach from most other courses.

At the outset I would like to add, if you have  a meditation center located near your place of stay or office, I encourage you to join it. But if time is a constraint, and you much rather do it from the comfort of your home and create your own special sacred space, then this program would be the right fit for you.


Unlike many other courses here the objective is empower the meditation aspirants. The first week is therefore dedicated to create a solid foundation... through understanding a few secrets that empower our mind in the first place. This straightaway sets you off at an advantage. 


Initiate you into the practice with simple easy-to-apply instructions, which will help center you. 


Handhold you in the initial stages... giving simple, easy-to-follow guidelines which you can use to bypass the wavering mind. 


Develop the habit of meditating daily. Starting from short 5 minutes, increasing gradually up to 15 minutes. Little fun tricks of getting centered even in the middle of your hectic work schedule.


Help to build this habit into your daily life, through reminders, exercises, and daily challenges. For those who can devote more time you will learn to meditate effortlessly for 30 minutes or more.


Each week I will introduce you to a new way, so that you can experiment as to which technique would suit you the most. You can also work with each of them at different times, so that meditation does not seem like a tedious activity. 


Finally, it aims at making you self-dependant to carry your practice forward - exploring and experimenting with the process. Even whilst forming a daily habit, you will learn to enjoy the process.

In this course you will receive video lessons/worksheets every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and audio track on every Thursday of the week. So you will have lessons five days of the week - a total of 24 modules    (videos/worksheets) and 6 audios. The weekend break will help you assimilate or revise the lessons.
